General Rental Conditions – Home Concept
1. Purpose
These General Rental Conditions (GTC) define the rights and obligations of Home Concept, operator of the site and of the Client in the context of the seasonal rental of mobile homes.
2. Reservation
Process: Reservations are made online via the website, by phone, or by email. They are considered confirmed after written confirmation from Home Concept and payment of a 50% deposit of the total amount.
Validation: All reservations imply unreserved acceptance of these CGL.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation by the Client, the following fees apply:
More than 3 months before arrival: full refund of the deposit, less [X]€ processing fee.
Between 3 months and 1 month before arrival: 50% of the total amount retained.
Less than 1 month before arrival: 100% of the total amount retained.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices: Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT). They may vary depending on the season, the length of rental and the type of mobile home.
Payment methods:
50% deposit required upon booking.
Balance to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Payment possible by bank transfer (subject to conditions).
Caution: A security deposit of €1000 is required upon arrival (cheque or cash), refunded within a maximum of 7 days after the check-out inspection, subject to no damage.
4. Length of Stay
Arrival/Departure: Arrival and departure times are set as follows:
Arrival: between 4pm and 8pm.
Departure: before 10am.
Extension: Any extension is subject to prior agreement and availability.
5. Client Obligations
Use: The mobile home must be used in accordance with its intended purpose (temporary accommodation) and in compliance with the internal regulations of the campsite/park.
Capacity: The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated and stipulated in the rental agreement.
Animals: Animals are prohibited, except with prior specific agreement.
Cleanliness: The mobile home must be returned in its original clean condition. A cleaning fee of €100 will be charged if this is not the case.
6. Obligations de Home Concept
Availability: The mobile home is rented furnished and equipped according to the description available on the website.
Maintenance: Home Concept undertakes to maintain the mobile home in good working order, subject to breakdowns or force majeure.
7. Assurance
Civil liability: The Client must be covered by civil liability insurance for damage caused to the mobile home or to third parties during their stay.
Cancellation insurance: Cancellation insurance is not offered as an option when booking.
8. Disputes
Complaints: All complaints must be submitted in writing to Home Concept within 48 hours of departure.
Mediation: In the event of a persistent dispute, the parties agree to use a mediator before any legal action.
9. Personal Data
Processing: The Client's personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the GDPR. It is used solely for booking management and is not shared with third parties without consent.
Rights: The Client has the right to access, rectify and erase their data.
10. Modification des CGL
Home Concept reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions. The applicable conditions are those in effect at the time of booking.
11. Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
