The payment terms are as follows:

• 50% upon booking
• 50% no later than 30 days before the handover of the keys

Security deposit on arrival

• A security deposit of €1,000 is to be paid to the concierge on arrival.
• A €100 cleaning deposit to be paid to the concierge on arrival, refunded if the property is left clean.

These security deposits must be paid to the concierge on arrival, either in cash or by cheque.
